Thanks to My friend Teresa I figured out the subscription thingy! so you can now subscribe to the new BLOG!!! heheheeh

I HAVE MOVED!!! Well at least to a different blog! hehehe! I am still tinkering with it but here it is! I even have a "photo gallery!" granted at the moment it has ONE photo.

I was able to export all my posts and comments from here onto the new blog! so hopefully you all can keep up!
The only thing is that I haven't found a "subscribe to me" thing that will work with it! so you all will have to make sure to check in!!!

well, the last couple days have been good. Jacob has been pretty good considering he is cutting a molar!
I have been renting movies at Kroger for $1.00 each per day. Yesterday I rented "Man of the Year" very funny!, "Dreamer" very cute!, and "The Lake House" sad but good.

Today I rented "Flicka" LOVED IT!!!, "Little Miss Sunshine" cute, sad but language was way too much. The last one that I have to watch is "Marie Antoinette" I will let you know what I think after I watch it.

Tomorrow I will finish cleaning and take Jacob to his grandparents.

Tonight is my first overnight with Jacob. It started out fine, then we got home and had dinner and he started fussing, then crying... come to figure out the poor baby is cutting a molar! he cried off and on (more on then off) till he fell asleep 2 hours later! he has been asleep for 3 hours now so hopefully he is down till after the sun is up! heheh!

Just wanted to let you all know what was up tonight!

HAPPY 29th Birthday to ME!!!!

I have had a great bday today! Went to lunch at Shorty Smalls where Dad and I met Grant, Kerri, Payton, Kennedy, Bobby (Kerri's stepdad), Grandma, George (my step grandpa), Tara, Brian, Bryce, Jordan, Amber and Addison!
We had a couple of the greatest waiters too! They were hilarious! After lunch we all came to the house where we had cake (that dad bought from Kroger last night!), Mom was at the house (she had had a headache in the morning). We also got some pictures!

February 24,2007

Today I was able to watch Bryce while Tara tried to get a little caught up with work. I went to their house to keep an eye on him. Granted, Bryce slept all but maybe 2 hours out of the 6 and a half or so that I was there!

But I was able to get some photos to share!

Well today has been very eventful!

Jacob has not had a bottle since yesterday morning!!! Although he calls his cups bottles. He likes to make a mess with the liquid. So I am teaching him to clean up his messes.

UPDATE!!!!

Addison's arm/shoulder are not broken. SO they are waiting for a call back from the orthopediast here at the Children's Hospital to set up an appointment to be seen. That doctor will determine if it is nerve related or not. Then we go from there.

okay I called and chatted with Tara

Here is the scoop...

The PT said that Addison definitely has soreness when you bring her arm up above 90 degrees. She suggested having an xray to rule out a fracture (hmmm funny that I asked about that at the hospital and they said no).
Then she said that if the x-ray comes back clear that Jordan and Amber can come back to her and she would so them some exercises to do. But she told them that if it isn't fractured that they should get a referral and appt. with a Dr. Bendra (sp?) at the Hand Clinic in St. Louis. This would be to rule out any nerve damage and if there is nerve damage then they are the people to see. Supposedly they can get complete range of motion back.

They are calling this Erb's Palsy. This doesn't mean she has it but it is the closest thing that they can find that has a code for billing purposes.

SO, would you all pray for baby Addison and her parents and our family that everything will turn out just fine and that none of us esp. Addison, Amber and Jordan will have to go through anything else! Thanks!

Just heard the news from the drs.
The dr. gave Jordan and Amber a referral for a physical therapy evaluation at Easter Seals.
The dr. is going to ask her partners if sending Addison to the children's orthopedic or the neurologist would be better.
This is for the shoulder dystocia that occurred at birth. The name that the hospital dr. gave it was Duchenne's.

Addison has only lost 7 ounces since birth so that is good. But they go back in about 10 days for another weight check.
